Recently Completed Residential Interior Project in Redmond, OR

In December of 2024, CertaPro Painters of Bend, OR was contracted to a beautiful residential home in Redmond, OR to repaint the interior as the home, built in 1991 had not been painted in over 15 years and needed a touch-up. We had to lightly sand the walls and ceilings, spot prime where we had bear sheetrock, and repaint with Sherwin Williams Premium Ceiling paint and Sherwin Williams Emerald wall paint. previous painting had faded quite a bit, as well as peeling. From start to finish, this project took our residential painting team about 7 days to complete.

The project involved our crew sanding the walls and ceilings, spotting prime where we had bear sheetrock, before repainting with Sherwin Williams Premium Ceiling paint and Sherwin Williams Emerald wall paint. The ceilings of the home were a bit of a challenge due to it’s height and vaulted design requiring us to use ladders in the interior of the home to ensure a complete refinish in all areas of the interior.
