Areas Served by the Local Painters at CertaPro Painters®

Posted on September 1, 2021

Baltimore is a city full of rich culture, historical importance, and high-end amenities. Whether you’re visiting Fort McHenry or one of the dozens of crab shacks, you’re guaranteed an exceptional experience. Overall, Baltimore is a wonderful place to be. The local painters at CertaPro Painters® are fortunate enough to not only service the Baltimore Central area, but live in the area as well. In fact, many of our crew members grew up in the Baltimore area themselves!

In this article, we’ll cover just a few of the areas we service in the Baltimore Central area. We’ll also provide you with information on how to get started on your next painting project! Let’s dive in!

Timonium

Timonium is a census designated area just north of Baltimore City along York Road. The town of Cockeysville (also serviced by CertaPro Painters®) borders Timonium on the north. Timonium was home to the great Timonium Race Track; while the track itself is no longer in use, the area serves as the grounds to the Maryland State Fair each summer.

Homes in the Timonium area are typically built out of brick or aluminum siding. Brick is known for being durable and withstanding harsh weather; however, it is not indestructible. It is best to paint your brick exterior every 10 years to help protect your home from the outside elements. If you’re not sure when the last time your brick was, it might be a good idea to call local painters.

Towson

Townson is the county seat of Baltimore county and the second most populous unincorporated county seat in the United States! The city sits inside the Belway and census boundaries include Pikesville, Lutherville, Hampton, Parkville, and Baltimore. Residents of Towson can enjoy all the benefits an active person could ever want: places to walk, bike, shop, explore, and more!

There are more apartment buildings than homes in Towson, but that doesn’t mean an interior paint job is any less important. Our local painters know how to work with owners, HOAs, and other restrictions. We can guarantee the best results while following the rules.

Perry Hall

CertaPro Painters® of Baltimore Central, MD also services the Perry Hall community. Perry Hall is located on the outskirts of Baltimore County. Though it is just 16 miles away from downtown Baltimore, the area offers residents more of a suburb feel. Residents that want the amenities of a large city but refuge from the city lights find a home in Perry Hall.

Decks and fences are prominent in the Perry Hall area. Painting or staining these surfaces is one of the easiest ways to improve your curb appeal! If you’re not looking to sell your house, a facelift for your deck will make those colder autumn nights even more enjoyable.
