Team Member Feature in AAFAME

Here at CertaPro Painters® of Austin, we value the hard work and accomplishments of each of our team members. Recently our commercial marketing associate, Tom Emerson, was featured on the Austin Association of Facility & Maintenance Engineers (AAFAME) website for his involvement with their organization. The AAFAME exists to promote professional practices for local maintenance engineers. You can learn more about their mission here.

Tom is a huge asset to our team and works on the business development side for CertaPro. He is involved with the AAFAME as a representative for their Membership Committee, Expo Committee, and Chili Slam Committee. “I like the geniuses of the AAFAME membership, and that we have great leadership.”

Tom is also a true professional when it comes to wearing multiple hats. In addition to business development his previous work includes, custom hardware solutions based on the Sun Microsystems platform, and even custom software and web development on the .net Microsoft platform. In his spare time, Tom enjoys germinating trees and shrubs and transplanting them to his home-made nursery.
