Distribution Center Painting Project
Colorado Crossing consists of four Class A distribution buildings totaling 265,000 square feet located on 24 acres of space. This is a multi-tenant property built in 2008. The complex is strategically located near IH-35 and I-130 Toll Road as well as the Austin airport Municipal Airport. You can learn more about this commercial painting project below.
About the Project
The property was in good shape but definitely needed a refresh in order to compete in the Austin marketplace. Our painters refreshed the exterior of four unique distribution properties with our professional painting services.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
This was an exterior project with all stucco surfaces, man entry doors, roll up doors, dumpster enclosures, metal conduit attached to building, metal railings & stairs and bollards painted. Chrome metal accents above entrances were not included in the project.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
The property was in good shape and is well managed. This prevents many of the challenges that surface when painting an Industrial/Warehouse building. Our crews worked at night to prevent overspray on cars, and we utilized a lift.
We utilized a 60’ boom (lift) to perform the work properly.
PROJECT TIMELINE
The project was completed in two months.
