She-Shed Interior Painting Project
| This cool “She-Shed” in Marble Falls was recently constructed using knotty pine. The homeowner didn’t want to see any tannin bleed-through from the knots in the wood so we prepped every single knot with a knotting solution prior to 2 coats of shellac based primer. We then coated all walls (and ceiling beam) with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore’s Scuff-X paint and all trim with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore’s Cabinet Coat paint. We also primed and coated the floor with Benjamin Moore’s Command paint. It turned out great and the homeowner loves the transformation! |
