Phil was born and raised in North Georgia. Growing up, he helped his father on various home-improvement projects around their house, including planting trees, remodeling bathrooms, and—yes—painting. He learned many of the home-repair skills he has now from getting dragged out of bed early in the morning on summer breaks.
After graduating with a degree in psychology, Phil decided to get a job that allowed him to work with people while utilizing his experience with home improvement and was thrilled to find a position at CertaPro.
In his free time, Phil enjoys watching movies and reading books—he’s working his way through the classics in both—as well as going on hikes and spending time with his pets.
