Historical Home Renovation

CertaPro Painters® of the Upper Charles was hired to help restore this historical home, in Medway, MA. The home was built in the 1790’s, and was in need of a full transformation. In order to keep the character of the home, the original walls and woodwork were kept in tact and repaired instead of being replaced. Our team removed the old wallpaper and prepared walls of bare horsehair plaster throughout the whole home. Then the ceiling, walls, and woodwork were all painted to update this home while still maintaining it’s charm. Because of the need for repairs, the cost for labor and materials was difficult to estimate, but our team still finished the project under budget and on schedule.
