Shopping Plaza Revamp in Ashland, MA

In September 2024, A shopping plaza in Ashland, MA, hired us to transform the exterior of their facility. Before starting, it’s been over a decade since everything was painted. The surfaces had a very faded appearance, with peeling paint, and were in need of carpentry repairs.

This project involved power washing, light carpentry, and painting. The biggest challenge was related to scheduling, since various businesses in the shopping center were open for business , and hence customer traffic, at virtually all hours and 24/7. Our team was up for the challenge and worked with the elements. We scheduled work in increments during off-hours for the respective businesses to minimize any disruption of customer traffic for each business.

In 10 days, we refreshed this building and made it even more alluring! Businesses at the plaza includes a daycare facility (open 6am), a laundromat (24-7), a liquor store (closes 10 pm), a bank with a drive thru ATM (24-7), a restaurant/bar (11am-2am), and an animal hospital, dentist, and bakery (open 6am, bakers arrive 3am).
