Natick, MA Baseball Factory Painting

The CertaPro Painters® of the Upper Charles team repaired and painted all wood trim for the landmark “Baseball Factory” in Natick, MA. It’s a historic building on the national register as the first commercial factory to produce baseballs for the major leagues. Now it is a mix of retail/professional and residential space.

Challenges included making significant repairs on all sides that needed to match historically accurate woodwork (e.g., window casings, sills).

The repairs and painting also required working in some very tight spaces relative to fences, trees, neighboring structures, and power lines, as well as negotiating a very tall front façade.

Below you can view photos from before we got started, the work in progress, and the final results!
