Hi, my name is Katie Getgen. I am so happy to be the new Office Manager at CertaPro Painters® of Asheville and Western NC after being a stay-at-home mom of a toddler boy and a girl. I moved to western North Carolina in 2025 from Greensboro to be closer to my parents. My father is a native of Canton, NC. Before becoming a “Mommy,” I had spent the previous 12 years working in the home disaster restoration field. I handled production, accounts receivable/payable, marketing, and customer service. I also went to college for fine arts and digital effects and animation.
In my spare time, I love cooking and baking for my family. I enjoy true crime podcasts and documentaries. I also listen to a lot of older music and Broadway showtunes.
