Yes, we have liability insurance, as well as a Bureau of Workers Compensation policy, which is available upon request. Protect yourself and your assets by only hiring contractors that are adequately insured.

Is your team employees or subcontractors?
We have both employees and subcontractors for a variety of reasons. Our business is very seasonal. The large swings in demand make it very difficult and expensive to have an all-employee workforce. The sub-contractors we use have years of experience with us and are part of our team. Having a mix of employees and subcontractors allows us to offer a wide variety of painting services at competitive prices. Is there a warranty?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty, which is in writing on your contract.

How long have you been in business?

What type of paint do you use?
Our preference is Sherwin Williams. Sherwin Williams can match any brand paint including Benjamin Moore, PPG, Behr, etc.

How many paint colors are included in your typical proposal?
Three paint colors are included, but you can use as many colors as you like for an additional nominal cost.

Do you offer color consultations?
Yes, we have a color consultant who will schedule an appointment with you at no charge. In addition, we have a color visual tool on our website where you can start visualizing your painting project.

How much money do we need to put down for a paint job?
For residential projects, we don’t collect a deposit or down payment unless it’s a very large job. We may give progress invoices periodically on very large jobs. You are advised with the quote if your project requires a deposit and/or periodic progress payments. Otherwise, we require full payment upon completion. Commercial projects do require a deposit.
