Retail and Office Complex on Gate Parkway, FL
CertaPro Painters® of Jacksonville, FL received an important request to paint the Ash Properties on Gate Parkway, Jacksonville. The project consisted of a shopping center and two office complexes, including the property’s home office. The structure had dirty, faded paint that was yellowing from enduring conditions throughout its lifespan. The real estate owners want to remodel the properties using the company’s color scheme: Black and White. Our CertaPro Painters® of Jacksonville brought in professional equipment for commercial projects and applied a masonry coating with a top coat of Superpaint to ensure a long-lasting paint job that would hold for years to come.
The final result was a perfect thematic representation of Ash Properties. It was a pleasure working with them on this project!

CHALLENGES:Community projects provide their own set of challenges, often requiring large-scale equipment and renovation. A collaborative effort and planning were needed to ensure the assignment is completed efficiently and up to CertaPro standards.
In this case, we needed to bring in multiple lifts while trying to coordinate with tenants for traffic rerouting and parking access.
CONDITIONS:
- Faded Paint – The old paint was showing signs of yellowing.
- Dirt, Mildew – Exposure to the elements left the paint dirty with particle and mildew debris.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Prep – Cleaned and prepped for multiple lifts. Coordinated with tenants for traffic reroute and parking access.
- Paint – The structure area was primed with a Loxon XP coat and a top coat of Superpaint.
