Red Roof Inn Plus – Hotel Exterior Painting Project
In April of 2023 CertaPro Painters of North Jacksonville was selected to paint the exterior of the Red Roof Inn Plus located on Lenoir Avenue. This building had issues with mildew growth and the owner was looking for a more permanent solution which the team at CertaPro Painters was happy to help. The mildew was first cleaned with Kabosh Eco Guard to ensure full removal. After washing, two coats of Sherwin Williams Loxon Self Cleaning Acrylic Coating were applied to all surfaces in a fresh new design, the first layout of this design in Florida. Loxon Self Cleaning Acrylic is specifically engineered to prevent dirt from clinging to the paint film as well as has a mildew-resistant formula that inhibits the growth of mold and mildew on the surface of the coating. A quality product from Sherwin Williams to help solve the customer’s mildew issues! The final product is an easily recognizable hotel that can be spotted from I-95 without issue and will require minimal maintenance for years to come.
