2021 CertaCup Finalists – CertaPro Painters® of Orange County!

2020 was a tough year, the pandemic had major market effects that negatively impacted many businesses and consumers. Despite this, we managed to push through and end the year on a positive note. We are thrilled to be nominated for this top honor amongst our peers, but we are most proud that we did not have to layoff any of our painters and were able to keep them working so they can continue to provide for their families.
Over the year we made a number of adjustments to change with the times. We adapted our company policies to make sure that all of our employees, customers, and vendors felt as safe as possible during the painting process and in our interactions with them. We changed our estimation process to offer estimates in every way possible, which included in person, on the phone, over zoom, driving by the home, via pictures sent in, using blueprints, and more. We made sure our crews were masked when they needed to be so customers could feel comfortable with the project.
