Decks are a highlight for spring and summer months in the WNY area. Pressure Wash / Cleaning
Decks & Fences should be cleaned prior to the project starting. Our crew will clean the surfaces to remove any loose / peeling coatings or mold. Depending on the type of wood and the conditions various cleaning methods may be used.
Surface Prep
After cleaning, there are often areas that need extra attention. Our team will remove any remaining loose coatings with a wire brush if necessary. Loose nails and screws are also often removed in this stage.
Sanding
Not all projects will require sanding, but many do. At your estimate appointment the estimator will evaluate what the best option is for your project and go over the details with you.
Staining
Any painted horizontal surface generally has a shorter lifespan than vertical ones. A quality staining product is recommended for most deck projects instead of paint for this reason. Stains come in a variety of finishes from transparent, to solid.
