Taking some time to work on exterior house maintenance is a rewarding and satisfying way to keep your home in tip top shape. It can be a good idea to keep a maintenance schedule. Twice a year is generally a good time frame for most upkeep. Being proactive with maintenance will go a long way in preventing avoidable expenses in the long run. Landscape maintenance and trimming

Protect your home from moisture damage. Even taking the time to seal and patch up particularly bad spots can save a lot of issues later. Inspecting for spots that are more prone to peeling and cracking will alert you to signs of more serious problems.
