Set up an estimate
Set up a free estimate appointment that can be done virtually or in person.
Sign Contract
Return a signed copy of the contract by mail, email, fax or in person along with a 40% deposit. Deposit can be paid in cash, by check or credit card.
Submit Deposit & Project Coordination
The office will contact you to collect your availability for scheduling your project once the contract and deposit are received. Your salesman may also collect this information during your estimate appointment.
Begin Color Selection
Go to your local Sherwin Williams to start picking colors. You may receive 2 Color-to-go samples to help you decide, upon request.
Project Scheduling
Our office will contact you to discuss possible start dates. We ask for your flexibility and understanding as start dates may change at any time after being confirmed due to weather. Also with any construction-type project there is a chance that the project ahead of yours may take longer or even be completed sooner than anticipated. You will be updated on any scheduling changes as they occur.
Color Selection Due
If you have not already provided your color choices during the estimate appointment or scheduling call. Your selections will be due to the office the Tuesday prior to your start date. We collect color selections through email or by phone.
Power Washing
If your project requires power washing, a crew will be there to wash your house a minimum of 24hrs prior to painting. We will also notify you at least 24hrs before we plan to come out to do the washing. Prior to us arriving at your home, please remove patio furniture as necessary and anything that may be leaning against your home. Potted plants and flower boxes should be covered or moved away from the home. Windows and doors should also be closed during the washing process. We don’t require that anyone be home or meet us for the power washing as long as the crew has access to the water hose hook up.
Project Start
On the first day of your painting project, your Job Site Supervisor or Project Manager will do an initial walk through with you and go over the project to ensure everyone is on the same page with how you want your project to go. You will be given daily updates on the progress of your project.
Project Completion
At the end of the final day of your project, your Job Site Supervisor or Project Manager will do a final walk through or “Pride Walk” as we call it, with you to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction. The final remaining balance is due at the completion of the project and can be settled with the individual that completed the Pride Walk with you.
