The Agency Commercial Painting Project

Project: The Agency in Burlington, NC reached out to us in April 2021 for help refreshing the exterior of their building which involved repairing and painting the building’s soffit and metal roof. The project required a 5-man crew with the ability to operate a 60-foot jib lift.

Process: Over time, the building’s soffit had become worn and damaged after years of being exposed to the elements. So our crew started the project our crew by performing light carpentry on the soffit to repair and replace the rotted wood. Once all areas were prepared, our team painted the building’s metal roof and soffit using spray and roll techniques with Sherwin Williams direct-to-metal paint in semi-gloss SW4030 NICKEL.

Since the commercial building was occupied, our team made sure to schedule our work to be done over the weekend in order to minimize any disruptions and allow the building’s tenants to go about their day-to-day. CertaPro Painters® of Winston-Salem was able to complete the job in 4 days.
