In the past six months, Sam Lewis and his company CertaPro have completed three projects for my company. Each of these projects was in an occupied space, with a very particular client. In these six months, I received one time where dust was an issue. The issue was addressed immediately. To do as much work in these areas, and have essentially no complaints is truly impressive. I have enjoyed working with Sam and his teams. His crews are fantastic. You will be extremely satisfied with the workmanship as well as the attention to your schedule.

Prepping the Office for Painting

Each of the three projects was estimated separately and pricing was broken out by ‘Demolition Key Notes’ and ‘Finish Plan Key Notes’ with line items for Alternates. Each proposal was delivered before the deadline and referenced specific notes in the plans. Conflicting notes were brought to the customer’s attention at the time of the proposal to ensure sufficient time to submit a Request For Information (RFI).

Coordinating Painting Around Office Hours

CertaPro Painters of Washington DC utilized the master schedule to create a detailed project plan to complete each phase of the project while communicating with the customer daily in regards to accessing the buildings and the upcoming work schedule. All work was completed during off-hours with sufficient time for the paint to dry and odors to dissipate prior to the office re-opening and each workspace was cleaned up in full each night and weekend to minimize obstructions while the office was occupied.
