SanTan Dobson

The CertaPro Painters® of Mesa / Tempe, AZ team worked with the SanTan Dobson Business Park to elevate the look of eight commercial buildings within one complex. Our team worked closely with multiple owners and their property manager within this commercial association to ensure the job was completed to perfection.

At the start of the project, the buildings were in good condition overall, save for fading paint from the previous paint job. Originally, the buildings had seven different colors overall. Our team created numerous color mock-ups and worked with the commercial association to come up with their new five color paint scheme for the new design.

The scope of this project involved repairs to the tilt up buildings, such as fixing cracks and holes in the cement. Our team then power washed, scraped off old paint, and primed the surfaces for painting. We selected Dunn Edwards ACRI-Hues paint for the cement surfaces and Dunn Edwards ARISTO-Shield for the metal surfaces within the project for their excellent combination of performance and affordability.
