Stucco Restoration & Wood Stain Refresh

The CertaPro Painters of Mesa / Tempe, AZ team was hired to restore the exterior of this Tempe home. The home has a stucco exterior, which needed some attention prior to repainting. Our team repaired areas with damage, primed and painted them to bring the stucco back to life. There were a few windows which also needed re-caulking, which we were able to do as well. We also took care of a few wooden doors that had been sunburnt from sun exposure over the years by sanding down the surface and re-staining. For pergola in the backyard that had been previously painted, we scraped the loose and peeling paint before applying two coats of fresh paint. The customer loves how this project turned out!
