Citrus Groves Apartments

This past September, Citrus Groves Apartments reached out to CertaPro Painters^® of St Petersburg and North Bradenton, FL to help refresh the exterior of this apartment complex in St. Petersburg.

The client felt that the original coat of paint on the buildings was giving them an off-putting appearance. The paint had become worn down from weather damages in several places. There were small cracks and fading damages along the exteriors, but it was the soffit on the units that had seen the worst of the damages. Luckily for the client, our team of professional painters was well equipped to repair all of the damages along the exterior of these buildings and to provide a new coat of paint that would refresh the look of this apartment complex.

When our painters arrived on the job site, they began their work by clearing the area of any debris and prepping the surfaces of the exterior of the buildings for painting. Throughout the course of the job, our painters employed their skills in exterior painting, as well as stucco and soffit repair work. They also made use of a lift to safely fix the soffit on the taller units. Our painters put extra care into keeping a steady hand, keeping the appearance of each unit in line with appearance of the others. All in all, the job took about 7 weeks from start to finish.
