Laura DeCaires has been part of our team since 2018. She is in charge of all office operations from scheduling estimate appointments for our customers, to confirming project starts, setting up color consultations and answering any painter or customer needs. Laura has pride in ensuring the customer service at CertaPro Painters stays at a high standard by being prompt in all her work and holding all her team members accountable. On her free time Laura likes to enjoy the outdoors, loves to travel, and spend time with her family and furry child, Khalisi. We are very grateful to have Laura as our Office Manager, and are excited to see her continue to excel.
