CertaPro Painters® of Spring, TX, the locally-owned franchise of the largest painting company in North America, is hiring immediately for a Residential Sales Associate (RSA). About the Opportunity
We’re a growing company with an energetic culture, and we’re looking for key team members who want to grow with us. As an RSA, you won’t just be selling paint jobs, you’ll be guiding homeowners through one of the most impactful home improvement decisions they’ll make, from the initial in-home estimate all the way through project completion.
What You’ll Do
As a Residential Sales Associate, your day-to-day will include:
- Closing sales at a rate of 40% or higher in Year 1, growing to 50%+ by Year 3
- Running in-home estimates, typically 3-5 appointments per day, Monday through Saturday
- Managing projects in close coordination with our Operations Team
- Delivering proposals on the spot to provide fast, seamless customer service
- Managing your priorities across appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
- Following up diligently with prospects to exceed sales goals
- Committing to your professional growth and development within the company
