Jason started painting and working on handyman projects after graduating high school in 1997. He started with CertaPro Painters in 2001, as a laborer, quickly promoted to become a power washer and worked his way up to a supervisor position.
In 2011 Jason left CertaPro and started his own painting business, JC Painting, specializing in both interior and exterior residential painting. He was also involved with some light commercial painting projects including condos, remodeling, power washing and industrial painting projects. Jason is also proficient in carpentry repairs.
In 2017, Jason took the opportunity to work with CertaPro Painters, returning as a Commercial Production Manager. He was recently promoted to the position of Director Commercial Services, where he partners with clients such as property managers, wastewater facility managers, facility directors, healthcare facilities, condo association boards, general contractors, architects, developers, designers, and landlords to successfully complete their projects and consistently exceeds their expectations.
Jason holds the following certifications:
– NACE Certified (CPI1)
– CP1 Ethics
– OSHA Certified – including OSHA 30-hour safety, 10-hour safety, scaffolding, areal lift, ladder safety and many more.
Personal:
Jason and his two teenagers, Michael and Abby, make their home in Warwick, RI. The Correia family also includes two dogs, two turtles, a hamster and a chameleon.
Jason enjoys coaching his son’s basketball team and spends weekends watching the kids play various sports. Abby is active in softball, dance, volleyball, and boxing. Michael plays basketball and baseball.
Jason and his family enjoy DIY projects around the house and helping their extended family with their own personal projects. They also love to hike, spending time doing outdoor activities, dining out, bowling, and going to the movies.
