Earl started with his dad in the early 80’s, painting new construction homes in Massachusetts. In 1996, Earl joined Sherwin Williams Paint company and spent 4 years there, where he was trained in paint failure analysis and trouble shooting. He held positions of assistant store manager and Residential Sales Representative during his time at Sherwin Williams.

In 2000 Earl purchased a CertaPro Painters franchise, which allowed him to use his previous experience to create a painting company that stands by its work and always does what it says it will do, while having fun. Values that were instilled in him through his father’s painting company and work ethic.
