From our owner Serge Nadeau on why you should work on increasing your home’s value, “We have found working with realtors and customers over the years that when a potential home buyer looks at a home and the colors are neutral and the paint looks clean and maintained homeowners are more apt to not put in a lower asking price and saying ‘I have to paint this or repair that.’  Homebuyers today want move-in ready and not have to do anything prior to moving in and this includes painting the interior and exterior.
