Project Overview

CertaPro Painters^® of Southern NH & Newburyport/Haverhill partnered with Sundown Condominiums to assist them with keeping the Condo buildings in great shape. To achieve this, we first identified areas of rot on the building that needed to be addressed. As part of our process to prepare the surface for painting, we conducted repairs and replaced any damaged siding, trim, fascia boards, as well as doors and window frames where necessary. All repairs are meant to ensure proper durability and longevity before painting. Finally, we painted the siding and other trim to ensure that each building was uniform in its appearance to the satisfaction of the homeowners association.
