Commercial Case Study

The Task:

In April of 2022, M&T Bank acquired People’s United Bank, gaining many new locations across the United States. Consequently, this influx of new locations led to a demand for interior paintings as a method of developing consistency among the buildings. CetraPro Painters of Southern New Hampshire was requested to repaint the interiors of 170 of these locations across New England, aiding in M&T’s transitional process.

The Work:

CertaPro Painters of Southern New Hampshire began this undertaking in April of 2022. While the buildings were well-maintained, the true difficulty came from the incredible number of locations we were tasked with repainting and the logistics associated with carrying out the work. Our teams had to perform interior paintings on the locations overnight, typically starting at 5-6 PM and ceasing our work by 3-4 AM. This initially seemed like an insurmountable job to perform, but due to the diligence of our workers, we were able to complete the job within our allotted schedule.

Final Results:

CertaPro Painters of Southern New Hampshire accomplished repainting all 170 locations within 2 months. As a direct result of the professionalism of our workers, we were able to assist M&T Bank in carrying out a significant portion of its acquisition efficiently.
