Project Overview

Lawton Construction undertook the redevelopment of a former tire distribution warehouse into a functional and visually appealing landscape supply facility. The goal was to transform the industrial space into a multi-purpose environment that included offices, storage bays, a showroom, and collaborative meeting areas.

Our team was contracted to deliver comprehensive drywall and painting services across multiple units, helping bring the client’s vision to life while maintaining durability suitable for a high-traffic commercial setting.

Scope of Work

Unit A – Front-Facing Spaces & Warehouse

• Painted the lobby, offices, and bathrooms, creating a clean and professional first impression for customers and staff
• Applied paint throughout the warehouse area up to approximately 12 feet, reaching the mezzanine level to ensure a cohesive industrial finish
• Applied dryfall to the ceilings in the showroom, improving both aesthetics and lighting reflectivity
• Completed full painting of the showroom, enhancing product presentation and customer experience

Unit F – Office & Conference Areas

• Painted newly drywalled office spaces, ensuring a polished and move-in-ready environment
• Finished the mezzanine conference room, creating a refined space for meetings and collaboration
