Job Corps
Commercial Staining Case Study
The Task:
Job Corps, a vocational school in Manchester, New Hampshire, knows that visual presentation is a key component when visiting a prospective school. After realizing that the exteriors of its buildings were beginning to flake and deteriorate from continued exposure to weather conditions, Job Corps turned to CertaPro Painters of Southern New Hampshire for assistance. We were asked to stain the school’s buildings and restore them back to flawless condition, instilling confidence in potential students that Job Corps is the perfect school for them!
The Work:
CertaPro Painters of Southern New Hampshire began working on this project in late August/early September of 2022. A job of this scale required the use of an 80-foot articulating lift in order to access higher portions of such tall buildings. As a result, safety was of utmost importance while staining these more treacherous areas. Despite the challenge of frequently working at elevated heights, we were able to complete staining all the requested buildings within 1 month.
Final Results:
CertaPro Painters of Southern New Hampshire successfully accomplished staining 6 of the school’s buildings, bringing the appearance back to a condition that accurately portrays the level of education that Job Corps students receive. Please navigate to the examples of our work below!
