Chair Stain Project in Medicine Hat, AB
CertaPro Painters® of Southern Alberta received the opportunity to paint two Muskoka chairs made from Ontario eastern white pine. These particular chairs were stained and purposely ‘aged’ to present a classic look while protecting them from the elements. With no right or wrong way to apply the distressed look, CertaPro’s team used their professional experience to create an appealing design. CertaPro Painters® of Southern Alberta are equipped to handle tasks of any sizes and to meet the customer’s unique needs.
BEFORE PHOTOS
Before the project commenced, the team took pictures of the unfinished chairs to document the contrast with the stain and aging.
WORK IN PROGRESS
CertaPro Painters® needed three days to complete the project. After the application of certain layers the chairs sat overnight for the coatings to cure, ensuring that the stain and varnish had set properly for a long lasting finish.
THE FINAL RESULT
After the chairs were finished, CertaPro’s professionals documented their work to make sure the final results matched their high standards. A protected, stained, and aged chair set was completed to the satisfaction of the customer.
