Interior Painting Project at Redmond Ridge
This project took place in the Grand Living room for active adult community. It is a 2500 sq ft area at Redmond Ridge that was built in 2000. This project took place in February 2023 and took us 2 weeks to complete.
About this project…
Before the project began areas had drywall damage throughout and extensive water damage near the windows. The entrance windows were very hard to reach as they were over a large quartz structure that we had to work around. The crew had to use a 40ft scissor lift with displacement mats throughout to reach the necessary heights and not crack the concrete floors throughout.

Our commercial team completed a full color change and fixing of any imperfections throughout the facility.
