Interior Apartment Painting Project in the University District
Our commercial painting team completed this interior apartment painting project in the University District. We began this project in November 2022 and it took us about 3 weeks to complete. This was an 80-unit Apartment building in the U-District, built in 1929.
Before the project began…
This apartment building was very “lived in.” The walls had a considerable amount of drywall dings and scratches throughout.
Being an apartment complex in the heart of the University District, our main challenge was the scheduling of the door painting.
We made sure to work with the tenants schedules, and not interrupt their day to day life.
After Photos
Our commercial team completed a color change and repaint of two apartment building interiors, levels B-8 and stairwell floors.
