Commercial Church Painters
Litchfield Park
Commercial Church Painting Project
The Church at Litchfield Park built in 1938 and located at 300 East Wigwam Boulevard. The original church building was actually built out of adobe and has been a beacon of the Litchfield Park area since it was first built. Over the years, it has been added onto with various additions. As time took its toll on the building, it was ready for Certapro’s commercial painters to give it a full facelift.
Commercial Painting Process
CertaPro started with an aggressive pressure wash to remove paint, dirt, and debris. CertaPro scraped all the areas of loose and peeling paint. CertaPro applied full new stucco to the entire front and side facades of the building where the majority of the damage was present. All of these new stucco areas were fully primed to seal the new stucco. CertaPro applied the Sherwin Williams product in a full two coat process.
Conditions:
There were concerns with the amount of peeling paint, damaged adobe and stucco.
Challenges:
The entire campus then underwent a new color change to make it match its neighboring property The Wigwam Resort which was originally built around the same time.
