Our task was clear: neutralize the unconventional color scheme to appeal to a broader range of potential buyers and ensure the interiors matched seamlessly with the existing trim. The project was set to be quick—completed within just two days—but it required precision and careful planning to ensure the new paint adhered well and looked great.

Special Challenges and Solutions

One of the unique challenges we faced was the presence of artificial grass around the property, which needed protection during the painting process, much like indoor flooring. Our team used drop cloths and protective sheets to shield the artificial turf from drips and spills, ensuring that the home’s exterior remained pristine.
