In July of 2022, CertaPro’s professional painters for medical facilities were contacted to repair and repaint the interior of a 2,000 square foot medical office in Fountain Hills, AZ. After a recent remodel of their appointment rooms, this small clinic needed to have the cracks, holes, and discoloration on their walls repaired. CHALLENGES:
All furniture, equipment, and fixtures, had to be moved and protected before painting could begin
The client required weekend painting services since the clinic was open Monday through Friday.
The 2000 square foot interior required precise coordination. Appropriate measures were taken to ensure the highest quality of work was completed in a timely manner.
CONDITIONS:
Wall Discoloration – Due to wall mounted accoutrement like the medical literature container, certain parts of the wall had slowly become a different shade than the rest.
Faded Paint – Even in areas that were not drastically discolored, the aged paint that these rooms had before we arrived, required repainting to refresh the vibrant white intended.
Holes and Cracks – After years of wall mounted items as well as general wear and tear, the interior walls of this medical facility required numerous repairs
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

Spot Prime – Areas that were repaired had to be spot primed, that way the fresh surface would operly match the rest of the interior walls.
Paint – While retaining the medical white color scheme, this fresh new interior paint job gave the walls a level of consistency where you can hardly tell repairs took place at all.

The largest change in the photo below is in regards to the interior wall discoloration on the left-hand side of the wall.
