In October 2025, CertaPro Painters® of Schaumburg completed a two-day interior repaint for a Valvoline automotive service center located in Elgin, Illinois. The 2,604-square-foot facility serves as a busy, high-traffic workspace where maintaining a clean and professional environment is essential. The existing interior surfaces showed visible signs of wear, including peeling paint and areas of rust that required repair and refinishing.
Our crew worked efficiently to refresh the facility’s appearance, carefully matching Valvoline’s signature brand colors to maintain consistency with the company’s national image. The completed repaint not only improved the overall look of the workspace but also enhanced durability and ease of maintenance for the years ahead.

Scope of the Work:
The scope of work involved a full interior repaint, beginning with surface preparation to remove peeling paint and address minor rust spots. Once the surfaces were cleaned and primed, our painters applied precise color-matched coatings to reflect Valvoline’s brand identity.
The upper walls were repainted in Sherwin-Williams Creamy, while the lower walls received a durable finish in Sherwin-Williams Steady Brown. A bright Valvoline Red stripe was applied in Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Acrylic, creating a clean transition between tones and reinforcing brand recognition. Doors and door frames were refinished in Sherwin-Williams Homestead Brown, completing the cohesive, professional color scheme.
The team’s efficient workflow allowed the entire project to be completed in just two days with minimal disruption to business operations, ensuring the Valvoline center could quickly return to serving customers in a freshly renewed space.
