We are currently looking to hire a Residential Sales Associate

What we're looking for

SALES:

Tight Areas:

Complete Set-up call to ensure appropriate expectations are set for and from the customer
Meet with customer, in person, to perform 10+1 Estimate Process and collaborate on their project.
Schedule Designer/Color Consultant. (If necessary)
Schedule follow-up date and time with customer.
Send ‘Thank You’ Email immediately after Estimate is completed.
Follow-Up with Prospective Customers (Current Estimates) by phone and or Email consistently until the job is secured (Landed) or the customer chooses not to have the work completed. (Dead Estimate)
Ensure that Landed proposals are signed by the customer prior to reporting the job as landed.
Loose Areas:

Collect Deposits (if necessary).
Schedule customer inquiries (Leads) for Estimates. (Those that are not scheduled by the Office Associate or The Customer Service Center.)

High School graduate with some college. College degree a plus. Military Veteran are encouraged to apply. Must be a team worker who is a self starter after going through on-the-job training. Must be an innovative thinker for new ideas on how to obtain sales leads. Must be able to make decisions and follow through with initiatives and not be afraid to take action for the benefit of the business or customer. Have an analytical mind able to do measurements for estimating purposes. Good at completing tasks and follow-through. Our business has a 98 out of 100 customer satisfaction rating. Our reputation is excellent and our repeat customers provide a bulk of our leads. This position is accountable for landing jobs for our painting crews. Leads typically come in through digital marketing, direct mail, Home Advisor, or previous customers. The leads must be contacted, appointments scheduled, estimates completed and presented to the customer on the spot and then quickly emailed. Follow after estimate sent/presented to determine client's decision. Due to the CertaPro brand, typically the RSA books 45%to 55% of the estimates completed. Very little cold calling required.

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • Direct Sales with Commissions in a Field service area of business.
  • Able to proficiently work with a CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics or Sales Force.com
  • Able to use Power Point and Excel proficiently
  • You will be trained on the CertaPro Estimating system called CertaOne which integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Must be able to proficiently use a smart phone (iPhone) which will be provided
