Shanna joined the CertaPro team in July 2024 as an Office Manager. Originally from Cape Cod, Shanna has lived in Southwest, FL, Chicago, IL and now resides in Charlotte as of 2024. She has a pursued degrees in Computer Science, Communications, and Biology from Bridgewater State University. She has over 15 years of management experience within various industries. In her free time, she enjoys daily yoga practice, retro video game collecting, cooking and hanging out with her two cats. She is excited to start this new chapter with the CertaPro family.
