It was our pleasure to work with Joe at Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC! This project consisted of 18 buildings; including dorms, administrative offices, and classrooms. The facilities were built in the 1920’s and had not been repainted in over 30 years. The scope of this project included scraping, priming, and repainting exterior wood components that had severe peeling.

For efficiency, we utilized multiple lifts through the project, including an 80’ boom lift for the chapel steeple. We were able to complete our project within three weeks!

It was a joy to receive feedback from our main contact, Joe. He chose us because we have provided excellent service for projects in the past and he knew we would take care of the job; consistently doing what we say we’ll do. He mentioned how he likes that we do not have to be managed and is excited to work with us again in the future.
