Religious Facility Exterior Painting Project
A religious facility saw that it was time for a change once they saw their faded, multi-paneled colored building. Located in Kannapolis, NC they reached out to one of the best painters in North Carolina, CertaPro Painters® of Salisbury/Concord/Gastonia. Our team got to work coordinating with the facility owner on the appropriate color change, while also working around a pre-school schedule in order to not disrupt the daily activities of everyone within the facility.
As a result of our hard work, this religious facility transformed with a modern, fresh look giving the building a beautiful curb appeal.
CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGES:Large commercial projects provide their own set of challenges. For this project, our CertaPro Painters® coordinated with both the Property Management team and residents in order to not disrupt the preplanned schedules of multiple church activities.
CONDITIONS:
- Light Carpentry – surface damage and cracks along the concrete area.
- Paint – Outdated, faded paint color.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Lift Equipment – One lift was required.
- Caulking – We had to caulk some surfaces to repair wooden damage.
- Coordination – Coordination with management and residents in order to work on public areas, such as doors, columns, and canopies
