Commercial Case Study
Interior Church Painting in Salem, OR
In March 2020, CertaPro Painters of Salem-Eugene was hired to paint the People’s Church in Salem, Oregon. The large church was built in the 70’s and added onto several times since, including the front narthex area with classrooms added in 2010. The overall floor square footage of area that needed to be painted was about 60,000 and included walls, doors and door frames.
After receiving 3 different bids for the project from different painting contractors, the client chose to go with CertaPro Painters. “We felt that the best value would come from CertaPro, so we hired them to do the job. The bid was good and they had the crew available to immediately begin painting. It was also important that their painters had previous experience in commercial painting,” said Rick Williamson from the People’s Church.
In addition to our usual brushes, rollers and sprayers, we also used ladders and a scissor lift in order to reach portions of the lobby. The project took CertaPro about three weeks to complete.
The client was pleased with our work and said they would work with CertaPro Painters of Salem-Eugene again if the opportunity arises.
