Red Roof Inn Case Study

The project involved a full exterior repaint to get the hotel updated with the new corporate color scheme and was located in South St. Louis. It also included repairs to the porch overhangs, trim and some of the stucco. We had to use a lift to access many areas of the building, and we had to coordinate the work around the hotel’s guests as this is a motel with exterior doors that were all being painted, and work being done in the walkways which guests had to access to get to their rooms.

The client was thrilled with the end result, and we were able to finish a few days earlier than we committed.
