Power washing is part of our prep process and isn’t offered as a standalone service. Well-maintained exteriors tend to move through prep and the overall job faster.
- Paint quality: Higher-grade coatings hold up better against [local climate, e.g., humidity, winters, sun], but cost more than standard options.
- Height and accessibility: A single-story home is quicker to paint than a multi-story house with steep gables, tight side yards, or hard-to-reach areas. Height and accessibility can also affect prep costs, since cleaning and preparing upper levels or tight spaces takes more time and specialized equipment.
- Color change scope: Similar shades usually need two coats. Big changes (dark to light or vice versa) may need a tinted primer plus extra topcoats.
