Job Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire and train crews and painters
Coach, develop and discipline crews and painters
Monitor jobs for high quality customer service, quality, timeliness and productivity
Audit and inspect crews and painters
Deal with customer complaints, go-backs and warranty issues
Produce small jobs, and handle small go-back and warranty issues when needed
Must have a minimum of five years of painting experience
Prefer significant experience managing large crews, dealing with customers and managing project deadlines
Must have a solid work ethic, be committed to quality and service, and be reliable
