Corporate Point Business Park in Alpharetta, GA

In August of 2023, CertaPro Painters® of Roswell was hired to refresh the exterior of Corporate Point Business Park, located in Alpharetta, GA. Prior to the makeover, the exterior surfaces featured peeling paint, faded colors, and other wear and tear. It was time for a refresh! Our team started prepping surfaces by removing paint from block siding and metal railings. Then, we painted the entire rear of three buildings and then we painted all of the metal trim and doors on six total buildings. We also painted all of the yellow bollards and dumpster areas along with painting over suite numbers featured on doors.

A project of this scale came with its own unique challenges, most notably the 18-wheelers making deliveries created logistical issues for our crew. Along with that, there were certain suites from each building that our team could only work on after 5 p.m. or on the weekends when the facility was closed. The modified work schedule helped to eliminate issues with foot traffic. Due to the size of the building, we needed to use a 45-foot articulating boom to cover all surfaces.

We completed this project in three weeks, which was ahead of schedule!
