Gardner-White Furniture in Southfield, MI

Gardner White is a retailer selling home furniture & an assortment of mattresses from major brands through out Michigan. Garner Whites Southfield Michigan store needed a re-fresh. We completed this commercial painting project in 2 days during August of 2020. The exterior colors were beginning to look aged and faded, the store was looking to revitalize the appearance of the storefront.

CHALLENGES:

The challenge zero impact on daily operations of the business. Project work would have to be completed prior to 10.00 AM store opening or after 8.30 PM. Our plan was preparation and painting to start at 5.30AM and complete for the day by 9:45AM.

CONDITIONS:

  • The exterior facade was sun bleached and ready to be revived
  • Some of the exterior needed to be re-sealed prior to painting.
  • The scope of project was the Dryvit facade and surrounding soffits and walls
