This was an older home going through a complete remodel in Renton, WA. The homeowner had a contractor install new siding, trim boards, new decks, and a new roof. CertaPro was working with the homeowner to complete their beautiful home & Airbnb.
CHALLENGES:
Painting is what we do and there wasn’t anything particularly challenging about this project. There was a significant amount of masking used to protect the homeowners new trex decks and freshly poured concrete walkways.
CONDITIONS:
Exterior Siding – This was an older home going through a complete remodel. The homeowner had a contractor install new siding, trim boards, new decks and a new roof.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Full Exterior Paint – This project involved a full wash, full caulking, primer on the new wood soffits, and painting of the homes siding, trim, gutters/downspouts and entryway doors (both sides).
