Our painters were recently contacted to provide a full exterior painting service to a lovely home in the Renton community. This service included power washing, repairs, and a full repaint. The project took three days to complete. You can learn more about this exterior painting project below.
About the Project
Condition of Home:
This is a beautiful home that required recaulking and painting as the original builder grade products had weathered and started to fail. There was also ‘normal’ wear and tear on the home (direct tv dish removal, damage to the front door/door trim) that required repairs prior to painting.
Project Involvement:
Full home wash, removal of loose paint/caulking, prime painting in areas, full recaulking of previously caulked areas (windows, doors, gaps & cracks), filling of holes in siding where old satellite tv equipment was removed, front door trim/door corrections (dents, deep chips, cracks) and full repaint using premium products.
